They are focused, standalone AI APIs that handle the document-heavy parts of travel — reading passports and extracting Saudi visa documents. Each one returns clean, integration-ready JSON and can be added to any workflow with a single HTTPS call, independently of the core TravoPilot platform.
Each AI Service is priced separately from the core TravoPilot platform, based on your expected volume and use case. There is no fixed public price — email [email protected] and we’ll put together a quote and issue scoped API keys.
Each service uses its own scoped API key, sent in a request header. A key is shown once at creation, stored only as a hash, and is limited to a single service — so a passport key cannot call the visa endpoint. Bearer JWT and partner-token auth are also supported for multi-tenant platforms.
The Passport Scan API accepts PNG, JPG and WebP images. The Visa Document Scan API additionally accepts the original PDF. Both endpoints accept up to 10 MB per request.
