Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started on the Explorer plan. At the end of your trial you choose whether to subscribe — there’s no automatic charge.
Conversations above your monthly limit are billed at a per-conversation overage rate. You can see real-time usage in your analytics dashboard and upgrade to a higher plan at any time to avoid overages. We’ll also alert you at 80% usage so you’re never surprised.
Yes — all plans are 20% cheaper when billed annually. Explorer drops from $99 to $79 /mo, Pilot from $299 to $239 /mo, and Business from $599 to $479 /mo. You’re billed as a single annual charge and can switch back to monthly at renewal.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’re billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep full access until then. See our refund policy for details on cancellations.
